New Track - Ebisu (Drift School + Ebisu West + Minami)
It's about time, right? Ebisu is finally entering Torque Drift 2!
Drift School, Ebisu West and Minami - all three tracks here as one, meaning you can drive between them seamlessly. Our artists have gone above and beyond to get these tracks feeling as close as possible to the real thing!
Start out on the nice, flat Ebisu Drift School and then make your way down to Minami, where speed and elevation is king. Finally head to Ebisu West to see what your drift car is really made of, with crazy long straights and sharp corners!

Paint Shop - Base Paint
The first version of the Paint Shop is finally here! In 0.12 you will be able to customize your car's base color.
Using the following parameters you can achieve almost any car color you like!
Hue
Saturation
Brightness
Glossiness

Player Levels
Following a similar approach to Torque Drift 1, we’ve introduced a new levelling system!
Each level grants different rewards, such as our in-game Tofu currency or unlocks different features like the new Paint Shop.
For 0.12, Player Levels have a max level cap of 20 and every drift event you play will have varying amounts of XP you can earn.
You can earn XP in the following game modes:
Drift skills
Freestyle
Lead and Chase
Demo players will have a player-level cap of 5 ensuring that all major features are available.

Daily ToFu Update
With the introduction of Player Levels, we’ve made some adjustments to Daily Tofu.
While Player Levels will use XP, Daily Tofu will now use SP to help keep your progress for both clear.
For Demo players, Daily Tofu will continue to have a limit for the amount of Tofu you can earn in a day.
Players with the Full version will have an extra Daily Tofu checkpoint that can be repeated, so all that’s between you and more Tofu is more drifting!
Car Damage and Improved Collisions
Your car can take damage! Be careful!
0.12 introduces car damage, including scrapes, dents, discoloration and bumpers detaching.
Damage is purely cosmetic and won't reduce car performance.
We’ve also updated car collisions to be more user-friendly and give a much more realistic feel to how you collide with walls and other cars.

Spectator Mode
We’ve added Spectators to Multiplayer so you can easily cycle through the Drivers in the lobby!
This feature is still being expanded on, so keep an eye out for further updates in the future!
Languages
We’ve added localisation support for the following languages:
English
Japanese
Spanish
Spanish (Latin America)
French
Italian
German
Korean
Chinese (Simplified)
Russian
Turkish
Portuguese (Portugal)
Portuguese (Brazil)
We will continue to update and refine these and more languages in the future.
More Lead & Chase Events
We’ve added more Lead and Chase layouts across all our tracks for the Events game mode!
Each track now has at least 7 events, with Ebisu boasting 13, giving you a total of 48 events to play and compete on leaderboards against players around the world.
Currently, we feature 3 events per week, but we’re working on some new updates to the events game mode for the near future!
